Our House - April 2007

This is the front of our new house in Texas. We choose the largest lot on our street and paid a $5,000 premium. Any lot on our street would have cost at least $1,500. So we paid a premium of only $3,500 more than our neighbors and got a little more elbow room than they do.


When we look out the front window from our dining room we see the golf course. When we look out the back window we see a different golf course (we can also see a waterfall on that same golf course out our back windows).
